We have developed our creative, production and training process over years of solid working practice and refinement. Our aim is to ensure your experience, from saying hello, through to the next project is enjoyable and rewarding.
At its core, our process is driven by strong communication, modern technology and a collaborative approach.
1. GETTING STARTED
This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We’ll learn about your brand values, product/service offering, communication and marketing channels, what you want to achieve and most importantly, your audience. 2. CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
Once we have confirmed a working budget and content plan, the creative planning begins. This is a chance for us to understand and develop your creative vision for the project. We’ll refine your content idea with a focus on aims and objectives, target audience and key distribution channels.
3. PLANNING & PRE-PRODUCTION
During this stage, we will develop a detailed content or training plan and production schedule. These documents will contain all of the elements required to bring your content into reality and ensures we’re all on the same page. This will be clearly laid out in our planning documents, including a detailed schedule, risk-assessments, scripts, shot-lists, participants, key contacts etc.
Everything we have worked on up to this point is to help the production run as smoothly as possible. During production, we capture everything we require to craft your finished content in line with what we’ve agreed in the first 3 stages. We’ll build in any travel and set up time and communicate closely with you to ensure everything runs safely and smoothly.
Post-Production is the final stage of our filmmaking process. Our editors will carefully review all the great content we’ve captured and start piecing your content. If voice-overs are required, this is when they would be recorded and assembled. Any VFX, motion-graphics, sound-mixing and colour grading will also be carried out during this stage. We have access to over 1000+ licensed music tracks and a talented pool of composers across all genres to find the right musical backdrop for your project.
Once we have the first draft in line with our content plan, we upload this to our online review system for you and all your stakeholders to feed into the project. We don’t limit your comments or feedback at all and the best thing is that everyone involved in the project can review all the comments making the feedback process quick and simple. Once we have made all of the amendments required, we’ll export full quality versions ready for download and sharing, or we can work with you to craft a marketing campaign.
