Our team work across the UK from our studio base in Glasgow – one of the most creative and connected cities in the world. We’re creatives at heart and technical by nature. We look for the little things that spark big ideas! We create content that has the power to speak to millions and change the way they think and act.
It all began during the before times… way back in 2017. Fynn was a one-man band called FoSho Video back then and his goal was to help brands with video through training and production services. Fast forward to today and we’ve evolved into a team of 5 with a full-service content production studio delivering corporate, commercial and creative content.
Our mission is to empower your creativity and help you create the best content possible. We do this with our mix of skills across video, film & photography, web design, video editing, training & development, content strategy as well as communication and digital marketing. We have a core crew of content experts and work with key specialist suppliers to ensure you receive the best service possible.
Sometimes we make content for you, other times we make it together. With FoSho CREW we can also empower your team to make it themselves.

FYNN ELKINGTON
Head of Production
Fynn is our Founder and Managing Director but on the daily, our Head of Production. He’s the friendly, hard task master of the team. A videographer by trade, educator by nature and a passionate technologist – he loves a challenge and chin wag.
MARTIN MACLEOD
Head of Creative
Martin is our Co-Founder and Creative Director. Day to day he heads up all of our creative output from start to finish and is the content powerhouse behind FoSho. An award winning filmmaker by trade he works across TV, film, audio and photography.
STEPHANIE ROBINSON
Production Manager
Stephanie is our Production Manager and keeps us all on track with bigger projects. She has a diverse background in television from creative to logistics. Steph works behind the scenes helping us deliver our projects – on time and in budget.
EIMEAR ELKINGTON
Marketing Communications Specialist
Eimear is our marketing communications lead at FoSho. She heads up Evermore Comms and has experience across everything from emerging start-ups to established global brands. Eimear helps our clients amplify the impact of their content, to ensure it’s seen by the right audiences at the right time.
JAKE GARTHWAITE
Creative: Editor/Sound
Jake is a real sound guy. He has a degree in Sound for Moving Image from the Glasgow School of Art and loves a creative challenge across production – He is our lead Editor and on production you’ll find him recording audio.
